About Hallow Springs Farm

Hallow Springs Farm is a small family run farm in the foothills of Eastern Kentucky. Our mission is to create clean, local food with sustainable and humane practices. Our focus is nurturing local food chains with organically grown produce, fresh baked breads, and sustainably grown livestock; while we restore the land with regenerative agricultural practices. Hallow Springs Farm is a Limited Liability Corporation, licensed in Kentucky since 2024. James and Holly, both farmers and owners of Hallow Springs Farm for fifteen years, are deeply passionate about good food, community, and the environment. They are deeply involved in community agriculture, the education system, and the organic community. Hallow Springs Farm is a traditional Appalachian substance farm that practices sustainable agriculture and values the culture of the region.

Rejuvenating the Land: We believe that being good stewards of the land with practices designed to heal the wounds of the past will benefit not only us but future stewards of this sacred space.
Local Food Chains: We have invested deeply in our local community by working to create sustainable food chains through management of our county farmers market, grant writing for the community, and starting a local agricultural cooperative to support local farmers.
Community Outreach: We believe the strength of a person is only as powerful as the strength of their community. To strengthen our community we offer our farm as a community space for people to grow, learn, and reconnect with the land.
