Sylvatica Forest Farm is a small-scale farm located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We focus on growing fresh gourmet and functional mushrooms as well as medicinal herbs. We offer a line of value added products like Mushroom salts, Mushroom hot chocolate mix and herbal vinegars. Our farm is also a hub to educate the local and regional community on the importance of forest farming, herbalism and land stewardship within a long-term conservation mindset. Our practices are rooted in whole ecosystem health, sustainability, land regeneration and climate smart solutions for diverse small-scale farms.

Our selection includes a variety of fresh edible mushrooms like Oysters, Shiitake, Chestnut, Lion’s Mane and Piopino. Mushrooms are also available dehydrated. We also offer a variety of herbal value added products including mushroom seasoning salt, herbal seasoning salt, mushroom hot cacao mix and herbal infused vinegar.
